HACA strives to provide quality, affordable housing in safe, attractive communities for eligible families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities based on need and income.
HACA owns and manages 790 low income affordable housing units, 331 Tenant-Based Housing Choice Vouchers and 53 Project-Based Vouchers. HACA has four mixed financed communities in partnership with Pennrose Management-Obery Court, 103 units (formerly named Obery Court and College Creek Terrace) and Winn Management-Annapolis Gardens, 150 Units
