Once your application has been submitted and
processed, your status for Public Housing is maintained
on a waiting list. Please know that we are doing
are very best to make sure to provide you and your
family a compatible home. As applicants approach the top
of the list, they will be offered housing from our
currently available vacancies. Thus, moving all
other applicants closer toward the top of the waiting
list for placement. There are several factors that
affect your ranking on the Public Housing waiting
list. All of which are verified prior to moving
in.

We encourage you to check your
status regularly by using our Automated Waitlist by
calling us at 410-267-8000 Option 2, and following the
voice guided prompts. Please allow a
minimum of 2 weeks for all new applicants to appear on
the automated system. Also, please be aware that
the Public Housing and Section 8 Automated waitlists are
updated on a weekly basis.
