On October 23, 2017, HACA successfully submitted its RAD application that covers all public housing units at all sites! HUD has acknowledged receipt of HACA's application so we are moving on to the next step in the process.
The next step in the RAD application process is for HUD to review HACA's application. Then HUD will send HACA a "Commitment to enter into a HAP" (or a "CHAP") for Part 1 of HACA's portfolio. The HACA properties included in Part 1 of the RAD process are:
