As we continue to implement precautionary measure to minimize the spread of the coronavirus while continuing to support our clients, this month’s Board Meeting will be conducted as a conference call. Since this is a new format for us, we would like to lay out some ground rules to help things run smoothly.

The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) has updated its proposed Annual PHA Plan along with minor changes to is Voucher Administrative Plan (Admin Plan) and Public Housing Admissions and Continuing Occupancy Plan (ACOP) which are sources for HACA’s policies, rules, and requirements concerning HACA’s operations, programs and services. HACA is seeking public comment on the proposed Plans at a public hearing to be held via video conference on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 5:30 pm, assuming restrictions on gatherings due to COVID-19 remain in effect at that time. The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis is participating in the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher Program with six other housing agencies and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. This program has made the following awards of project-based vouchers (PBVs):
