Annual And Five-Year Plan Public Hearing

HACA will be hosting a public meeting to entertain comments on the draft Annual And Five-Year Plan. The Annual And Five-Year Plan is HACA's report to HUD detailing how HACA will use the funds provided by HUD and to outline any changes HACA wishes to make to any of its administrative and/or housing program policies. The meeting will be held at the Rosalie E. Mitchell Community Center at 1014 President Street, Annapolis, MD 24103 on March 6, 2018 at 6 p.m.

Copies of the draft plan are available for viewing at HACA's Main Office at 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403 as well as all HACA Property Management offices. An electronic copy (without Tab 12, which is not yet available from the Resident Advisory Board) has been posted below.

If you cannot make the public hearing, all written comments must be received on or before 4 p.m. on March 15, 2018.

Conditional Award of Project-Based Vouchers

The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis is participating in a new Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program with six other housing agencies and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council. The Baltimore Regional PBV Program has made a conditional award of sixteen (16) project-based vouchers to Dorsey Overlook, LLLP in Ellicott City. This is the Draft 2018 Annual and Five-Year Plan without Tab 12. Tab 12 is for the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) Comments which are not available as of the posting of this document (January 30, 2018).

This is the notification of the request for comments on the Annual and Five-Year Plan that HACA will submit to HUD in 2018. The public hearing will be held at the Rosalie E. Mitchell Community Center located at 1014 President Street, Annapolis, MD 21403 at 6 p.m. on March 6, 2018.  Attendees will be afforded three minutes to state their view.

This is the presentation that was presented by HACA to the Annapolis City Council on February 26, 2018

This is the December 31, 2017 quarterly report on the Recovery Agreement that was provided to HUD.

These documents are the ones which were prepared to be presented during the January 23, 2018 Board Meeting which was cancelled due to lack of a quorum. They include minutes from the November 2017 meeting as well as reports from the various departments in HACA.
