Newtowne Twenty Master Developer RFQ

HACA is seeking Statements of Proposals from interested development teams for the design and implementation of a Public Housing Development Program to redevelop the Newtowne Twenty site (and any additional adjacent property to be acquired) located at 810A Brooke Court, Annapolis. While HACA presently intends to select developers for additional properties through separate RFPs, HACA reserves the right to select one or more developers under this solicitation. Affordable Housing Development Legal Services RFP

HACA is seeking responses from interested law firms for Affordable Housing Development Legal Services.  Respondents will be expected to have extensive experience with all aspects of affordable housing development by and for public housing authorities including but not limited to Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and other affordable housing funding programs, Mixed Finance, RAD, Project-Based Vouchers and all relevant HUD requirements.
