The Housing Authority of Annapolis HACA is recruiting for an Executive Director in anticipation of contract expiration of its current Executive Director. HACA would like to conduct its hiring of an Executive Director in such a manner that the person chosen for the position of Executive Director will be an experienced public housing, tax credit and development Executive with a proven record of leadership and excellent management skills.
The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) was founded in 1937 to provide affordable housing in the City of Annapolis for families who lacked the means to purchase or rent housing at market prices. HACA’s mission is to achieve excellence by providing housing, and self-sufficiency opportunities, and by promoting customer satisfaction to enhance the quality of life for low, very-low, and moderate-income residents. The administrative office is located at 1217 Madison Street, Annapolis, MD 21403. HACA is a body corporate and politic organized under the laws of the State of Maryland. It is federally subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide decent, safe sanitary, and affordable housing to low and moderate-income families. It is regulated by the Housing Act of 1937 as amended, regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, as well as laws of the State of Maryland.
All Bids must be delivered in accordance with the RFP and no later than the RFP Submissions Deadline date and time. No late bids will be accepted.
