The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis currently owns 10 developments with a total of 1,100 rental units.  HACA has authority for 200 Section 8 Fair Housing Choice Vouchers.  HACA also has 144 Section 8 Substantial Rehabilitation Vouchers at Woodside Gardens.
